Gathering Personally-Identifying Information

Once you register and sign in to the Service, you are not anonymous to Company.

When registering, you provide Personal Data, which may include school name, phone number, your title, city, state, country, zip code, email address and a password. We may also record your IP address when you submit information. We also may collect, at your option, certain preference from you.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is used only by Payment gateway providers only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, which are required to keep the information confidential and comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your information such as first and last name and your email address may be used by email service company which is GDPR compliant to send you email on our behalf.

We do not collect personal information from children

At any time you may download created timetable(s) by choosing 'Save as > Local File' or download complete archive by choosing 'Profile > My profile > More... > Create Archive > Download now'. Also, at any time you can delete your timetables by choosing 'Open > Open Timetable > Delete' or delete school account and all related information by choosing 'Profile > My Profile > More.. > Delete school account'.
