Managing timetables

Create new timetable

  1. Choose Open > New Timetable.
  2. Enter timetable name and optionally description.
  3. Click Ok.

Open timetable

  1. Click Open timetable to show a list of timetables.
  2. Select timetable from the list.
  3. Click Open.

Open example

  1. Choose Open > Open Examples to show list of timetable examples.
  2. Select example from the list.
  3. Click Open.

Save changes

  1. Click Save timetable changes to save changes.

Create a copy of timetable

  1. Choose Save as > Copy of Timetable to create a copy of existing timetable document.
  2. Enter new timetable name and description.
  3. Click Ok.

Delete timetable

  1. Click Open timetable to show a list of timetables.
  2. Select timetable from the list.
  3. Click Remove.

Restore timetable

If you delete timetable by accident, it is possible to restore it. Please contact us if you need to restore deleted timetable.
